Our agent was Corey Polsfuss. I have to say it was our first house purchase, but Corey answered all our questions or got us in touch with the right people. He sent us a list of potential homes and also had no problem getting in touch with a list we had created of houses we wanted to see. Every time we saw a house, he had the MLS sheet in hand for us to look over. We had some difficult sellers, but Corey always kept us in the loop of where we were in the process. Corey honestly went above and beyond to get us the house we wanted. Corey always helped point out things we should note about a house and always kept our priority list of home needs in mind. I will use him in the future for sure and will continue to recommend him to friends and family in the future. On top of providing excellent service, Corey even helped me move from our old rental home into our new house for an entire day about 8 hours moving anything and everything. A true business and gentleman willing to get his hands dirty. Atwoods office's were clean and everyone was very friendly at all times. They even kindly offered drinks every time we stopped in for a meeting or anything.

This company scheduled tours of our home with less than 24 hours notice multiple times. Our property was flagged for a gas leak and they sent maintenance that had no idea how to fix this, it was an ongoing problem for days.
